Team building and sports to mark three decades of success

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Avion Company organized a special day dedicated entirely to its team,  the people who continue to drive the company forward in the ever evolving world of international freight forwarding.

AVION DAY 2025 brought together over 130 colleagues from our Italian and international offices, reaffirming the company’s commitment to putting people first and creating meaningful opportunities to connect. At Avion, we believe that shared experiences and strong relationships are key to long-term success in the global freight forwarding industry.

What could have been just a celebration became a valuable moment to strengthen team spirit and recognize three decades of growth and commitment in the international shipping sector.

Team spirit, healthy competition, and a shared vision

Five different sports, team-building activities, and a vibrant, engaging atmosphere defined this edition of AVION DAY.

As per tradition, the day ended with an award ceremony: trophies, medals, and an official ranking celebrated both individual achievements and group efforts.

But beyond the awards, the real winner was the sense of unity that defines who we are: one strong team working together every day to meet the challenges of today’s global trade landscape.

Celebrating our history, looking to the future

This 30th anniversary is not only a moment to look back at a journey that began in 1995, but also a time to renew our commitment to the future of international logistics and freight forwarding. A future where Avion will continue to grow with the same passion, the same team spirit, and the same drive that brought us here.
