A flagship post-fair event, the Date a Cheese International Food Festival serves as a key connector, showcasing the largest cheese exhibition ever held in Dubai, with over 1,200 dairy varieties and Italy taking a leading role in range, quality, and diversity.
Taking place on 28 January and organised in partnership with the Emirates Culinary Guild, the festival will bring together more than 400 industry professionals to celebrate the meeting of two gastronomic cultures: cheeses and palm dates, the fruit that powerfully symbolizes the UAE and many other countries. It’s an authentic cultural dialogue expressed through products rooted in centuries-old traditions.
